The Reeds

The Reeds is a new development of 80 family homes by the developer, ThamesWey, (part of Woking Borough Council), in conjunction with the selling agents, Seymours. The site is the second phase of Canalside; an important regeneration of Sheerwater in Woking with over 1,500 homes, leisure & education facilities as well as retail.

DCTR were delighted to be asked to support the launch of The Reeds. As well as all brand identity, brochures (premium & core), website, floor plan booklet, site plan, Coming Soon comms assets, Exterior CGI's, Interior CGI's, Interior Design and Street Scene imagery - we were also lucky enough to lead the brand strategy & naming for the site.
