Triptych Bankside

JTRE's flagship development, Tripytch Bankside, is an imposing luxury residence in the centre of London that launched in 2023.

DCTR were tasked with photographing, retouching, virtually staging and adding CGI to their imagery, to support both their commercial and residential sales.

We photographed 15+ apartments and worked with the client on a bespoke interior design for each apartment. As well as virtually staging, we also needed to remove plastic, boxes, builders tools etc. prior to adding CGI.

As well as helping with their residential sales, we also brought to life their commercial offering by photographing, retouching and adding CGI assets to their ground floor commercial unit. We transformed their empty commercial unit, covered in decals, with imagery showing three scenarios; a wine bar, a high-end bike shop and a pilates studio. We added people to give life and energy to the spaces.
