Beaufort Park

Creating an identity within an identity - that was our challenge with Beaufort Park. While the development already had its own established character, we crafted a distinct yet complementary sub-brand for Origin Housing's Shared Ownership homes.

The result? Marketing materials that feel premium and purposeful, speaking directly to first-time buyers while maintaining the development's prestigious Berkeley aesthetic.

The project included Brand, Brochure Design, Copywriting, Photography, 17 Interior CGIs, VR Tours, Exterior CGI, Plans and Signage.

Our interior design team also translated the show home design intent across 3 further apartments.
