Beaufort Park

Origin Housing, part of Places for People, asked DCTR to create all marketing assets to support the sale of their Shared Ownership apartments in Beaufort Park; a Berkeley Scheme in North West London.

The project included Brand, Brochure Design, Copywriting, Photography, 17 Interior CGIs, VR Tours, Exterior CGI, Plans and Signage. Our interior design team also translated the show home design intent across 3 further apartments.

Because the development already had an existing brand, we had to create a sub-brand for Origin that carved out a unique and distinctive Shared Ownership' identity, but still looked fitting with the wider Beaufort Park Scheme.
