Welbeck Street

The Frischmann Group is one of the UK's most influential and highly respected firms of infrastructure and built environment professionals with a strong engineering pedigree. They are also landlords, owning some of the most prestigious commercial addresses in the UK.

DCTR was asked to create all marketing, including brand, brochure, photography and plans for 30 Welbeck Street, a five-floor Georgian building located in the heart of London.

A strong brand identity that captured the essence of the architectural features, history and rich heritage of the building was created and supported with fresh and inspiring visuals - enticing the modern business. As the building was empty, DCTR staged one of the rooms with CGI furniture. We also had to put our retouching skills to the test thanks to the building work that was being carried out during our shoot.
