GTH (Greenslade Taylor Hunt) are a leading residential agent based in Somerset and the South West.

DCTR was asked to provide branding and design work to support the launch of a new development in Somerset.

After exploratory work looking at the local area and target buyer, DCTR crafted three brand identities and presented them to the client. A rich red was chosen with a premium cream base colour to reflect the regal connections of the name and area. The brochure design and supporting assets were purposefully designed to reflect the traditional craftsmanship of the homes for sale.
