For Blocc Interiors, we created Old-Fashioned: a bold B2B campaign that began as a newspaper and grew into a platform for all thought-leadership and marketing in retirement living design.
The paper challenged perceptions of ageing and celebrated Blocc’s creativity through a fresh, editorial approach, turning stereotypes on their head and giving the brand a voice that felt confident, cultured and unforgettable.

The Idea
We took inspiration from fashion, culture and print editorials to create Old-Fashioned - a publication that mixed timeless design with modern storytelling. The name flipped expectations, reclaiming a phrase often seen as outdated and turning it into a statement of pride. Each page combined trend insights, bold photography and provocative headlines - designed to catch eyes, start conversations and reframe what retirement living can look like. The paper was printed and posted to key decision makers.
