The Pub

The Lincolnshire Co-operative came to DCTR to help them realise the vision for a refurbished public house that was retained as part of a new convenience store development and on the market, available for new breweries.

The brief was to showcase the pub in two distinct styles, one traditional with darker woods and pains, and one more contemporary. No interior design was given so DCTR created developed the interior design and agreed a series of moodboards with the Co-op before progressing to modelling.
