Berkeley had been given the insight that due to the unique shape of some of the apartments in their upcoming off-plan development, some clients could not work out furniture orientation or visualise the space. Berkeley knew the apartments would look great when built but needed a sales tool to help potential clients fall in love with the space whilst the apartments were in construction.
DCTR were instructed to create a VR tour that brought the apartment type to life. We worked hard to follow the interior design intent of the show home and our own Interior Design team at DCTR also contributed to the scheme - selecting accessories and colour pallets that would reflect the brief.
As with all visualisation for Berkeley Group, everything down to the handles, plugs and switches had to be 100% accurate, so our CGI artists worked hard to deliver the very highest quality.
