From what I've seen (and listened to) all the other podcasts for Estate Agents & Letting Agents either focus on getting new Vendors or Landlords or developing systems to run your property business.
None of them talk about how you promote your property once you get the instruction or the development is built.
Whether it’s a new build, a commercial conversion or a simple 2 bed terrace for a first time buyer, they all need marketing.
So the Property Marketing Show will be me and Neil Whitfield, Copywriter. & Author of the Ultimate Property Listing talking about how to market your properties properly.
We won't talk about lead gen or personal branding, we won't talk about Online vs High St vs Self Employed models, we won't talk about S21 vs S8 Notices...
The first one is a bit of a quick intro to Neil and I but after that we'll get a guest expert along.
They'll talk to us about a particular aspect of property marketing that interests them or they'll share some tips to help our listeners.
