BRCK Live is a sell out!

BRCK Live is a sell out!

The inaugural BRCK Live event was hosted recently by DCTR, Global Street Art and Property House.

Hosted at Global Street Art’s gallery near Old Street, London, the event was a celebration of creativity in property marketing, designed to inspire innovative thinking for marketers and communicators working in housebuilding and placemaking.

Adam Morgan, founder and partner at eatbigfish, led the discussion with a presentation on ‘the Cost of Dull’, outlining just how much dull communications can cost businesses financially and sharing insights on the ‘Anti-Dull Dial’, developed by eatbigfish.

A panel discussion followed, hosted by Global Street Art CEO and co-founder, Lee Bokfin. He was joined by speakers Sophie Trotman, head of place brand, marketing and comms at Notting Hill Genesis, Lara Marrero, principal & strategy director of global retail & consumer experience practice leader at Gensler, and Megan Dixon, associate director of customer & place strategy at Savills, who debated all things creative in placemaking and property.

Tom Durrant, Managing Director of DCTR, said: “DCTR, Global Street Art and Property House had all come to realise that our incredibly talented clients, collaborators and colleagues wanted to attend an event with a difference. BRCK Live was a celebration of creativity in property marketing and beyond. We recognise that a big brand overhaul isn’t on the cards for everyone, nor should it be. What we hope, however, is that some of the takeaways from the evening provoke thinking and drive inspiration. As one of our panellists put it on the night, ‘property marketing hasn’t had its moment yet’, which we think is incredibly exciting. Thanks to everyone who attended.”
