The Challenge

Our client (a top 3 Estate Agent in the UK), were tasked with selling a brand new development in Exeter. They had access to building plans, a simple logo and a vision from their client but needed DCTR to transform these raw elements into a full marketing package to support their off-plan sales.

The Solution

As the building work was still ongoing, the marketing package DCTR created needed to work hard in selling the dream, setting the tone and helping their potential purchasers visualise the homes currently being built.  DCTR created all the visual assets including floor plans, front elevation CGIs, street scene CGIs and a birds-eye site plan, as well as a full-brochure available for print and as a flipbook online. Finally, we also created two full CGI tours (DCVRs) of a few of the key house types on the development.

The Result

We created all CGI visuals, brochure and tours within budget and on time.

Within the DCVR tours specifically we were able to integrate the marketing brochure we created, as well as interactive elements like colour changers, furniture changers and animation.  This interactivity within the tour proved particularly useful because the 3rd bedroom could either be a kids room or an office, so we were able to programme in the ability for users to click a button and see how the room would look with both types of furniture!

Tom heads up DCTR as MD. He has a keen eye for detail and has always been a creative and some might say, a little eccentric. He likes hats, beer & marketing that blows your mind. He lives with his wife & two young kids in Sandhurst, behind the firing range.
