7 Bright & spacious apartments in New Malsden
Harrison Jacks approached DCTR to create the development branding, sales brochure with CGI and virtual furnishing, as well as site hoarding for Emerald House. The stylish 4 page brochure incorporated all the necessary sales information and reflected the stylish modern branding.


Fairfax Place Mini site
A mighty mini site
Fairfax Place, Woking is the first phase of Canalside, a 1200-home regeneration development under construction by ThamesWey, a private company owned by Woking Borough Council.
DCTR created the Fairfax Place branding, CGI's, virtually furnished rooms, sales video and location map to incorporate in the mini site, all to showcase the new development. The site highlights the 'Best Bits' of the development and allows the user to view floor plans and specification details for each of the apartments.


Harrow & Wealdstone Heights
A brand new collection of stylish one and two bedroom apartments located in Harrow
Harrow & Wealdstone Heights, located in the heart of a popular north London neighbourhood, is a brand-new collection of 81 contemporary one and two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments at Harrow and Wealdstone Heights. DCTR were approached to brand this new development with a number of other creative services.
DCTR provided logo & branding, onsite hoarding, sales brochure, sale video, virtual furnishing and CGI artwork. The hoarding used an eye catching gold foil which was mirrored on the brochure cover.

We brought an off-plan luxury apartment to life for prospective buyers
We were tasked to help our clients prospective buyers visualise their luxury apartments because they were yet to be built. With a super-targeted consumer in mind, we needed to follow out clients interior design mood board down to a tee, and used certain music, edits and bokah flare to deliver a very specific look and feel that suited our clients brand and clientele.
CG Animation
Commissioned by Savills for Spitfire Homes, a beautiful animation.
We were asked to create a high end animation that not only gave an accurate representation of a typical apartment, but also reflected their brand positioning of the development. Notes of quality and timeless elegance were important and we were able to represent these with the style of the animation, music and types of edit.
Watch carefully and you'll even notice the lens flare reflecting off the hob in time with the music. This was all deliberate and built in to reflect the precise engineering of the development.

Outashade CGI Animation
A beautiful CGI render for a luxury pergola installer
Our client Outashade came to us to help them create a memorable experience that was shareable and brand building for their customers after they had ordered a luxury pergola.
The background
A great example of how luxury brands can take personalisation to the next level & enhance the customer journey, even after purchase.
Outashade were looking for a novel way to keep their client excited before installation, helping them take them on the journey. They wanted us to help them visualise what the pergola would look like in their clients garden. It must be accurate and it must be shareable.
The solution
We created a CGI animation modelled accurately from their pergola plans with high energy music, professionally edited & highly personalised.
To make it really special, we replicated the clients garden and house from photos. We even included their kids trampoline! The animation was roughly 28 seconds long and included Outashade branding.

An exciting new B2R development of 1,500 homes in Sheerwater
When the developers of Canalside, a major 1500-home regeneration project in Woking, required professional help with their marketing they chose DCTR because of our ability to provide for all of their needs rather than them having to work with several service providers. For Fairfax Place, the first of 12 phases, our artists created the brand identity and logo and went on to build a 12-page brochure, mini-website and floor plans, virtual furnishing, location map and promo video. DCTR is also working on the Canalside assets and those will be launched shortly.






Nursery Gardens
Designing a new development brochure
LSL contact us to create a 12 page brochure for a new development in Exeter based on the existing branding of the Nursery Gardens logo. DCTR also put together additional assets to be included in the brochure such as a 2D site plan, floor plans and external CGI's of all the new properties.

We were delighted to work with My Place in Cornwall on a creative project to help promote and sell a coastal dream in Port Isaac. The plot was located in a competitive local market and as such needed a distinctive look to stand out.
The target audience were property developers and investment buyers, whilst attracting interest from from homeowners wishing to develop their own unique dream home by the coast, if not a second home.
DCTR designed a logo and branding style for this property project using fresh pastel colours to depict the local environment and Cornish costal lifestyle.
