Our team is made up of interior architects, designers, ex-estate agents and marketing professionals and every marketing campaign is assigned an account manager. You will have the opportunity to liaise directly with the designer & 3D artist on your project and we like to be collaborative with the process.
We've worked on many thousands of CGI projects from small bungalows to large sites of 100+ homes for developers but a few notable recent projects from 2021 include:
- The Cornerstone - B2R Development of 100+ apartments, converting a large Brutalist office block into beautiful apartments.
- Harrow and Wealdstone Heights - Shared Ownership Development across 5 blocks personally given the go ahead by Sadiq Khan, Harrow.
- Fairfax, Canalside - A mixed development of 1,500 homes and commercial units as part of a major redevelopment in Sheerwater, Woking.
If you only need a few marketing assets outside of a campaign, then we recommend you sign up to The Studio. Here you can order individual photo retouching edits, virtual furnishing, floor plans and even simple CGI & Design assets. Whilst we built The Studio for estate agents, it is open to everyone.
