The Cornerstone

ThamesWey purchased a 1950s brutalist style commercial building in the center of Woking and invested over £30m in converting the space into a build-to-rent haven for 21–30 year-olds. We were tasked with creating all the marketing assets, including CGI, CG Animation, Plans, Photos, Brochure, Website, logo & identity.

‍Our interior design team worked hard to style CGIs that complemented the harsh concrete ceilings and square, brutalist architecture.
