Rebranding Assets

Sage Homes is England’s largest provider of newly built affordable housing. Following extraordinary growth, Sage changed their name from Sage Housing to Sage Homes and completely refreshed their identity in 2022.

Following their rebrand, it was obvious that all plans needed a refresh to sit inline with their new look & DCTR led the charge.

After researching the market, DCTR worked with Sage Homes to create a fresh & distinctive new look, translating their new design language across all plan assets.
