Mini Sites

More mighty than mini.

Bring the story of your new development alive with a mini site. A beautiful space online for all your property's descriptions, assets and visual content to speak to your audience.

The way that property particulars are displayed online can often be underwhelming. Mini Sites - we call these Dreamdecks - are highly visual and can have video and virtual tours embedded into them in addition to CGIs, floor plans, site plans or whatever. We can host these for you on our Dreamdeck platform or provide the assets for you to host on your own website.

Hillsborough Mini Site

Creating a distinctive Cornish identity for an excellent coastal building opportunity

We were delighted to work with My Place in Cornwall on a creative project to help promote and sell a coastal dream in Port Isaac. The plot was located in a competitive local market and as such needed a distinctive look to stand out.

The target audience were property developers and investment buyers, whilst attracting interest from from homeowners wishing to develop their own unique dream home by the coast, if not a second home.

The mini site we created for My Place in Cornwall was simplistic and eye catching. Using all the new property branding we had designed with superb cgi imagery to showcase this fantastic opportunity.

Trinity Place

Designing a stylish sleek mini site for new luxury apartments

Trinity Place is a unique collection of 56 modern apartments in the heart of Woking, Surrey.

We were approached to design a mini site to showcase the new apartments to include location, travel, floor plans and specification details.

We worked together to achieve the desired format and design, keeping the mini site easy to use and visually impactful. The site is also fully responsive on all mobile devices.

Take a look for yourself.

Steeple Mews Mini Site

Getting noticed on the property marketing

Steeple Mews is an impressive secure gated development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in the heart of Ludlow.

Nock Deighton estate agents approached us to design a mini site and brochure to help market these unique characterful homes.

Our designer worked with the client to achieve the marketing style that would be consistent in all online and printed assets. DCTR also created 2 virtual furnished rooms to show potential buyers the space possibilities. These really looked fabulous and added impact in the brochure and online.
